SPRING

Spring is the most important part of segmented wire saw chain. We are making of a special quality springs to increase the life of wire saw pearls/segments. We are producing two types of springs i.e. Mild Steel & Stainless Steel. The company has installed sophisticated machinery for the manufacture of spring steel wires conforming to IS 4454. We have available three grades -I, II, III.

            Spring steel wires in Grade I am recommended for springs subjected to static or low load cycles. Grade II wires are recommended for springs subjected to moderate load cycles and Grade III spring steel wire can also be manufactured to customer’s specification.
