coated wires etc. The Company comprises of dedicated and trained
professionals at all levels of work to roll out production efficiently,
ensures strictest levels of quality control and render best services to
its clients.

Product :
The Company
is at present manufacturing Springs, Locks, Sleeve, Washer, Wire Rope,
Rubber coated and Plastic coated wires, heavy duty cramping machine etc
of different sizes by making use of state of art technology. Our
products are basically used for block cutting applications. The product
is widely accepted in cutting of almost all types of stones be it, Soft
Marble stone, Hard Green Marble stone, Granite stone. Products are also
developed to suit in cutting of a particular type of stone in a
particular given area to the full satisfaction of the clients.
Quality
Control :
The Company
has developed a quality assurance plan which helps to eliminate errors
right from the receipt of raw materials into the factory, processing and
upto exit of finished products. The raw materials are thoroughly checked
and when found in line to the required quality, it is given to the
production department, or otherwise rejected itself. Every care is taken
to ensure accurate composition of material for strong bonding, optimum
weight/dimensions for higher life and fine brazing for mechanical
strength. After the material is manufactured, it again goes under
rigorous quality checks and when found accurate, is passed and comes out
in the market. The quality control department makes use of sophisticated
instruments in this connection.
Marketing
Operation :
The Company
has manufacturing facility at Delhi the country capital of India at
three different places along with its Marketing Office at Udaipur.
Marketing assistance is also received from a number of dealers located
at Udaipur, Rajnagar, Katani (M.P.)
Rubber
Coated Wire and Plastic Coated Wire :
Rubber
coated wire and plastic coated wire is a new generation technology that
is highly productive and avoid breakdown load of wire. The coated wire
is capable of cutting the stone of higher thickness and hardness. This
particular results of years of enterprise and research to find a
solution for higher production and cutting cost to a considerable
extent. This new innovationwould not only provide owners a cutting edge
over their competitors but also generate a higher profit.
The diamond wire can be considered as the most technologically advanced
solution for cutting marble, granite and other stones with the best
results in term of low production costs and reduction of waste material.
Compared to traditional methods, a quarry can be exploited as regards
quality and varied needs. When squaring blocks diamond wires make full
use of frames to improve overall production and above all the save in
sawing and energy cost.
Diamond wires used for cutting granites consist of a steel cable with
diamond impregnated beads with special high-pressure injected plastic
spaces.
Traditionally for marble cutting, the diamond-impregnated beads are
mounted on a still cable with loaded springs, pacers and pressers.
However, for safety reasons a plastic-injected mounting is preferable.
Diamond wire saw beads/segments are used in marble, granite, sandstone
and other natural stone quarries for extraction of natural stone blocks.
The cutting, squaring and sizing of the blocks is carried out by the
diamond wire saw beads/segments. Diamond wire saw beads can be briefly
described in structural terms as consisting of a steel base (support)
coated with diamond-impregnated metal bond. The bonding against the
diamond wire saw segments should be specifically suited for the abrasive
properties of the stone material to be processed. The diamond crystals
of the diamond wire saw segments should be capable of withstanding the
harsh working conditions typically encountered. Diamond wire saw
segments are generally of two types - sintered diamond wire saw segments
and electroplated diamond wire saw segments. Diamond wire saw segments
are mounted on a steel cable with loaded springs and spacers for marble
cutting. For granite cutting the diamond wire saw segments are mounted
with special high pressure injected plastic spacers.
Charlie offer cutting diamond wires characterized by the constant size
of the beads and high quality diamonds. The sintered diamond wires are
suitable for cutting granite Marble Stone and concrete. The are
available with plastic or rubber coatings or, upon request, with
springs. Charlie supplies both complete wires in coils with the tools
required for joining as well as loose components with the machines for
assembly (spring wires).
When necessary, tailored solutions can be studied to suit the client.
Plastic
Composites of Wire Ropes :
1. Newly developed bead geometers allow high cutting rates for block
cutting application.
2. The improved plastic coating ensures, a stable unit until the beads
are finished.
3. Endless wires allow high-tension rates. The new connectors prevent
wire breakages in the connection area.
